Primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older. This home is located on a lake, proper safety precautions should be taken. Swimming is done so at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times near the water. Life jackets should be worn on any watercraft and anytime you are in the water. A variety of Life jackets are provided on property, but we cannot guarantee that your size will be available. Lake levels and underwater terrain can change, it is advised that you check water depths before entering and absolutely NO DIVING. permit #2600268
